I'll let Congress deal with starting up mecha construction, as long as it's limited to Mobile Suits (and you can have your Evas).
As for hentai, I think that if this party becomes real, I will carry around a miniaturized pseudo-schoolgirl, and a tentacle monster, except kept separate from each other at all times (unless a reactionary comes by, then I throw them on the ground together so I can neutralize him or her)
