anybody know what this means
"Pillar el tronco" i know that literally it means something like to pillage the tree trunk...but its apparently a slang term from barcelona. nobody in the entire language department at UNC knows what it means, any help?

No idea. I even asked a friend of mine who spent some time in Barcelona but she hasn't heard it either. This may be a very local expression.
EDIT: Although if you could include some context, maybe we can infer the meaning.

Do you mean pillaje electrónico? Pillage Electronics? Did you just hear it wrong or something? I mean, if someone says electrónico fast... It's easy to see the similarites when you say the two fairly quickly.

nope, it was definately pillar el tronco
it was actually from a personal ad from match.com we were using for some activity
