I like Kerry more and more. He busted Reagan/Bush on Iran Contra. Which is where they made a deal with Iran to hold the hostages until after the elections in exchange for weapons. And the BCCI scandal with Noriega, drug running for funds to sponsor terrorists in Pakistan. Oliver North (now working for FOXNEWS) was scapegoated in Iran/Contra, was found guilty of treason and pardoned by Bush Sr., Noriega was a CIA operative who was scapegoated and thrown in jail by the US.- Bush Sr.
Anyway it's all there on this timeline, I love it.

I loved this bit:
With no experience, Bush raises $4.7 million from family friends to form an oil exploration company named Arbusto Energy Inc. They find no oil in Texas.
Only GWB couldn't find oil in Texas! :p

I know it's hard to find things that were praiseworthy in Bush's career, but they could have easily touched it up to free it from an obvious liberal slant.

If it really were a timeline, they would simply have the facts of the two men's lives on the timeline, and not add propaganda about the war one of them went on to start, or the negative aspects of the war they "both" "served" in... (some people still think Vietnam was a good idea, and that "liberals" have no right to "bash" it).

Who thinks Vietnam was a good idea? We failed there and did all of Asia fall to Communism? It was bullshit and Ho Chi Minh would just as soon have been an ally but was cast aside after WWII. This is just the same type of thinking that left Saddam Hussein in there after the Iran/Iraq war to be ignored until he invaded Kuwait, and left Afghanistan after the Soviets withdrew. It's a paranoid foreign policy that leaves a messy trail including millions of dead and always has to be cleaned up later on.
And why does this have to be an argument about liberals? That has nothing to do with it. This is more a question of American Imperialism, in which this would be a liberal use of the military. The conservative stance would be to not get involved, unless the threat is against our homeland. I'm not going for that spin doctor garbage from you or anyone.

The thing that I find amazing is that they raise 4.7 million from family friends. Man alive I'd like to have friends like that man

I agree. My figuring is, you don't even need to spin it; Bush's record is bad. Just present everything as is and let the readers read into it what they will

I'm pretty much bored with their back and forth bantering.

I notice that it has a slight pro-Kerry bias, but I am impressed with Kerry's achievements.
