Have you seen the production? Then what entitles you to have an opinion of it? You are no better than the people who would detract from Moore without viewing his work.

Michael Moore wanted to air F9/11 on broadcast TV, but his DVD distributor wouldn't allow it. You'll be able to rent it for free from Blockbuster some time this week. Even when schools he's scheduled to speak at decide to pull the funding for his visit, he goes anyway. There goes your point.

That was interesting. Thanks for the link.
It has sincerity(ie the POWs) but it still felt like it had a political slant.
The way the script was laid out. It felt like it was suggesting that Kerry's actions led to the war lasting longer and what made people treat the vets badly.
His impact? Don't know. I remember taking a Nam class in High School and Kerry wasn't in it. It mentioned Fonda, Hoffman, and what not.....
As to the lying aspects? Well a future politician. Didn't somebody say there were WMDs in Iraq?
Also, I have mentioned my Ranger buddy more then once; we say Platoon together. He freaked at the short firefight in the Jungle and left the theater for a few minutes. I followed him and he said you got a taste of what I went through. Quiet, a noise, all hell breaks loose, quiet.
One thing this documentary made me think was the fact he didn't get pissed or say the atrocity shots were false. Not suggesting this means anything but it just struck me about that.
Again. Interesting and I don't see why they censored it as I don't think it would change many voters minds.
Hate to say it but to many the war is now ancient History.
So to any vets from that war. I went though a period of resentment. After all you lost. I apologise for that.
And as it has been said. "Welcome home."
