Ok. We all know the Yankees Pulled off the worst flop in baseball history. :D
So, who's going to win the WS? WS = "World" Series?

The Curse is still alive and well...Cards in seven. Though I am rooting for Boston...

Boston's bullpen is gonna be tired, and the Card's really dont have a bullpen to speak of and both have strong power hitters so no lead will be safe. It will be intresting. i say Cardinal's in 6 ('cause Boston is still cursed)

The Cards have no bullpen? What about Isringhausen?
I voted for the Cards because while they are evil and the archnemesis of the Chicago Cubs, Boston is cursed and St. Louis is just the better team. They play better fundamental baseball: if you bat well, pitch well, and field well, you win games.

The Yankees are all I care about. We beat them and humilated them at the same time, AND went to the WS for the first time since the '80s! Sox in 7. (Probably a hopeful guess...) :headbang: :headbang:
Die Yankees!

Seeing as I was born in new york and am a die hard yankee fan, I will be rooting for the cardinals in this world series. even though I was hoping the astros would make it.

I voted for the Sox only because I really want them to win.

Red Sox in 6...so that they can win in front of their home crowd in Fenway and break the nonexisting curse.
I've been a diehard Red Sox fan all my 16 years of life but who else thought it was hilarious when, in game 7 of the ALCS, the dead Yankee fans were jumpstarted when Pedro came in? I still laugh to myself to this day about how usually you can hear a muffled "Lets Go (Team)" by the fans but the "Whos Your Daddy?" chants were louder than the commentators! And it was Pedros fault: "I can't beat 'em. I should just tip my hat to them and call them daddy" Anyways.....

Wanna be my new best friend? The Yanks got beat in 7 from a 3-0 lead. That goes up there with their 22 0 loss to Cleveland. stupid Yankees.

My guess is sox in 6. This is probably biased though because I'm a diehard sox fan, seeing as how I can walk for about 10 minutes and actually see one of the best views of the city, I'm that close...

My first year of interest in Baseball was 1967.
Bob Gibson was the man.
In 1968 Lolich beat my Cards and Gibson.
In 1975 my Reds beat Boston despite Carlton Fisk's homer in game 6.
Pete Rose Rocks!
1986 was to be the year for the Sox: the New Miracle Mets.
Of course 1946 had Enos "Country" Slaughter's mad dash home with Pesky holding the ball.
And so the nod goes to the Sox (for sentimental reasons) who have lost their last four game sevens in WS play.

Boston breaks the curse, winning in 7.
