but he only has wisconsin by 3 points in a strategic vision (R) poll and their is a tie in Minnesota. if kerry wins both states he will win the election if nothing else changes.

All states which are 'barely bush' or 'barely kerry' are statistical ties.
wait, at what point were you guys saying he WASN'T in the lead? i keep seeing threads around here about how Bush is back on top, or back in the lead, and it gives the impression that he is perpetually trouncing Kerry in the polls. so why keep reassuring yourselves by saying, "He's back! Bush is BACK"?

This election will probaly be exactly like the 2000 election but the lawyer teams will steal the election for Kerry.

You do realize polls come out daily, from numerous sources.
I follow THIS (http://www.electoral-vote.com/pastpolls.html) page more than the main page.
Interestingly, read the latest update on electionprojection.com, giving Florida to Kerry (the map is not updated, however).
All in all, if Kerry takes Florida he wins. If he takes Ohio he also needs either Iowa or Wisconsin to win. I've pretty much called the rest of the states and don't expect them to change.
