I think the people doing the kidnapping are trying to provoke a third Iraq war (like the last one ever ended). Hopefully it won't come to that.

I'm just sick and tired of all this death. Period.
I'm just shocked they picked her as a target. She is a well know and well respected British citizen, thus making her a prime target, but she's also lived in Iraq for over 30 years (I think) and has spent the entire time working to make the country a better place. Not only are they removing a quality ally to the nation, they're also lowering their standing in the eyes of the entire planet.
