Seperating truth vs spin(Kerry/Bush)
Im creating this thread in the ideal of non-partisan information giving. Basically, this is a thread for people to post things the republicans say about the democrats(or visa versa) and say why they are wrong. Immediate examples come to my mind, but I'd like to get others posting here first. I don't want this to turn into some debate.

Im talking things like kerry saying that bush will bring back the draft, or bush saying kerry voted against funding for the troops, etc.

Here is one. Bush says Kerry raised taxes like 98 times but using the standards used by Bush Kerry also cut taxes 680 times.
So by Bushes method of vote counting: Bush should say Kerry cuts taxes too much.
Also Bush says Kerry has no good Record but he forgets Kerry brought down corruption at BCCI: a international bank that was used by many curropt individuals such as Saddam Hussein.
I'm trying to remember the exact details I read about this in a US News(I think it was this one) magazine today at the liabrary.

I mean that was a big thing he took down. Sure its hard to get viters to understand that type of thing. They might confuse it with BBC and wonder what was going on but it is substantial.
