I'm curious to see if anyone has ever ordered a "Fake" Degree online. I saw a site the other day that sold fake College Degrees for about $200. Has anyone ever bought one and if so, have you ever been hired due to your "Degree"? Did the employer ask to see your transcripts? Some friends and I were discussing it the other day and half of them felt like it would be an easy way to aquire a job that requires a Degree of some kind. (General Degrees-like Business or something.) The other half said no way would the fake Degrees work. What do you all think and does anyone know from experience?

A lot of it depends on what kind of job and what kind of degree you're talking about. In some cases, you might be able to fake it, but if they ever do ask for your transcripts, you're completely and utterly screwed. And if we're talking about a discipline that actually requires the knowledge and expertise you pick up in those classes, then you'll never make it past the interview, assuming you make it that far in the first place.
