Alot of terrorists don't have a criminal record so if they decided to come to the U.S. for a "holiday" not much is going to stop them anyway

This is just another ploy by the white house, to scare the public into voting for Bush.
The more scared you are about "terrorists", the more likely you are to vote for Bush, even though his shoddy and incompetent handling of the "war on terror" is evident.

They want to keep you dumb, and they want to keep you frightened.
That way, you wont notice the horrible job theyre doing.
