I recently bought George Carlin's new book, "When Will Jesus Bring The Porkchops?" and it's everything I had hoped for.
One thing that He did in his previous book, and he does a little in this one is come up with some off-beat upscale gourmet cuisine.
What set me off was, deep-dish duck dick.
I laughed myself hoarse. I laugh every time I think of deep-dish duck dick. You are probably laughing too.
I having trouble finishing this post over bouts of laughter. I keep going back and seeing deep-dish duck dick and I break into new fits of laughter.
Anyhoo..in a desperate attempt to move on, I have decided to list some gourmet cuisine ideas. If I take some he has mentioned, It isn't on purpose. I'm trying to think of my own. But I give G.C. full credit anyway.
Gourmet Cuisine
Wolf Marsala
Batter-fried Otter Groins.
Baked Stuffed Seal.
Whale Scampi.
Gazelle Cordon Bleu.
Python Noodle Soup.
Grilled Cougar Cutlets.
Pan-fried Bear Balls.
Tiger Cacciatore
Any others?

Raw Horseflesh - wonderful
Sparrow Kebabs - crunchy (it was a whole sparrow minus feathers, feet, and beak)
salted "fermented" fish guts - :(
chocolate ants - an interesting combo of sweet and sour
Things I've actually eaten but not paid for:
Whale sushi - not that great, like really strong tuna sushi
Raw octopus - really good, but uncommon and expensive
Live octopus - creepy
Live shrimp - creepy
BBQ racoon - worth trying
Roasted armadillo - only to be eaten in survival situations (this one was eaten while on Wildreness Survival Merit Badge survival camp)

Wow. Octopuses have huge balls, don't they? I had no idea. I sure hope they kill them. There's nothing more depressing than an octopus eunuch. :(

LOL
Not THOSE balls. Octopus balls are a sort of dumpling with boiled ocxtoipus in the center.
