Anyone else watching this knuckle-biter? Astros are 1 win away from goin' to the World Series!

Top of the 12th ... tied 4-4 ... the Cards need to all suffer sudden strokes.

I'm gonna watch the Yankees (WHO'D BETTER WIN TONITE!!) try to pwn Boston.

Hell, I didn't even know it was on.

And nothing personal, but I'm pulling for the Red Sox, and the last thing I want to see is a Massachussetts vs. Texas World Series on Fox. The mind reels at the possibilities.

A Yankees/Astros series would be awesome.

Yes, especially seeing the Yanks take revenge on that TRAITOR Roger Clemens

*tee hee*

We were glad to get him. However, we still have our outstanding Killer Bs.

Ugh ... bottom of the 12th ... this better not go to game 7.

Well, at least it ended before the BoSox/Yanks game started. I don't have cable, so I'd have missed the rest of it.

So now it's the pregame for the Sox/Yanks game, and I swear, Al Leiter used every possible pitching cliche known to man in about 45 seconds.

just think how much fun it would be to compare it with the election... maybe we could get the candidates to take bets like the mayors usually do....

looks the my Astros are going to give me another agonizing close but not close enough play off series... but I am still hoping

Roger Clemons, don't let me down!

Today was a heartbreaker. After the Astros tied I was hoping that they would win today.

But I think Garner made a sound decision in saving Clemens to pitch on full rest (with Oswalt available on short rest for relief if needed). So pitching tomorrow should be good. And the Astros bats are still swinging.

Looking for to a wildcard matchup in the WS.

(which the Astros will win, of course)
:)

Now that would be interesting... Of course ;) then Boston ought to win.
