Does/will campaign finance reform make any difference, or does the recent spate of 527s just mean a shift from where the money is being sent to?

Hmm...corporations can make billions of dollars researching and exploiting little inconsistencies in the tax law, but there's no way they could ever find a way to get around the unbelievably poorly-conceived campaign finance reform.

its a disaster. There is still more money in the system AND it is harder for individuals to make their opinions heard.
