Looks good. I still need to see the 2nd part of this trilogy...and I need to sit down and watch all of the first trilogy from start to finish because I don't think I've seen it all...

Althoug...the current trilogy is a huge prequel to the original trilogy, so I think I'll take care of the current trilogy first...

Every time a new Star Wars movie is released, part of my childhood dies.

Will it suck as much as the last two?

Or will it somehow suck MORE?

Perhaps it will be good,the story line of it, start of movie has a great battle seen in space apparantly, but i don't know about hayden in the vader outfit

it is gonna suck badly but yet I will be compelled to line up for hours to watch it opening night

Have been since age since I was three years old when I saw SW for the first time in 1977.

This movie will suck.

Bad.

You know why The first movie was so good?
Lucas got lucky.

He had a really good story, and did a lot of editing.

You know why the second movie, Emipire Strikes Back, was even better?

Becuase Lucas didnt direct it.

Return of the Jedi?

Could have been a great movie, even still, it was pretty good.
What was wrong with it?

The Ewoks.

Jar-Jar binks is an ewok, only more annoying.

Theres too many questions that have been left unanswered.
Too many plot holes that have been left gaping open.
Too much reliance on special effects, and not enough on a solid plot.
Too much "Mesa Gonna Ruin Movie now, Okie-day?", and not enough character development.

This movie will be just like the last two.
Suck, and even worse.

If Lucas was going to make these movies, he should never have directed them.

Rumour - Anakin kills Dooku
Confirmed - Unconfirmed

Rumour - Obi-wan fights General Grievous on 3 separate occasions
Confirmed - The leaked video of filming where ewan Macgregor is fighting 2 different people were in fact blue screen stunt actors representing 2 arms of Grievous.

Rumour - A rather well known native of Kashyykk saves Yoda
Confirmed - Unconfirmed though said natives appearance is confirmed.

Rumour - Mace Windu fights the Emperor
Confirmed - Unconfirmed

Rumour - Yoda fights the Emperor
Confirmed - Yoda does indeed fight a Sith Lord, though both Anakin and Dooku have been ruled out by Lucas leaving but 1 option... so is the dark side stronger? well we shall have to wait and see, but my money is on yes ;)

Rumour - Anakin attacks Amidala, later contributing to her death during childbirth
Confirmed - Unconfirmed

Rumour - Anakin fights Obi-wan
Confirmed - True, this is how Anakin becomes injured

Supposedly at least 6 light-saber duels and we get to see the Emperor fight, it has to be better than the first 2 (and yes i deliberately left the rumours vague)

So am I the only one who thought Star Wars is awesome because of the name Timothy Zahn? :D
