Sinclair Fires Reporter For Criticizing TV Company
The Sinclair Broadcast Group has fired its Washington bureau chief after he publicly criticized the company's decision to air a documentary critical of John Kerry just days before the November 2 election. The decision came after the journalist, Jon Lieberman, told the Baltimore Sun that the film was "biased political propaganda, with clear intentions to sway this election. For me, it's not about right or left -- it's about what's right or wrong in news coverage this close to an election." Following his firing Lieberman said "They're using the news to drive their political agenda. I don't think it served the public trust." Lieberman's dismissal came on the same day the company's stock value plunged nearly 8 percent.

Good job too. I tired of these moronic lefties cluttering up the public airwaves. I'm glad a responsible broadcaster has finally made a stand.

Just curious. Were you abused as a child? Potty trained too early? Dropped a few too many times? Abducted by a cult? Had your head too long inside a plastic bag? Perhaps you were raised by fiercely conservative wolves?

Yeah, really...stupid lefties....thinking they have free speech and are allowed to speak their mind. Everybody knows that's not allowed in America.

Yes, Sinclair did the right thing.

Well, the right-wing thing certainly.
But to be honest I'm glad they did. The conspiracy theory center of my brain is overloaded these days. When one fo the VP's from Fox came out in favor of Kerry it was a little worrying to see such compotent spinmeisters on the right (look, we're not a psycho right-wing fascist hate-network, look one of our talking heads is pretending he's not evil incarnate), but Sinclair's firing a descenting employee reaffirms my faith in right wing idealogical stupidity. If they had kept him on it would have looked like honest differences between men of good will. What they did shows them for what they are.

I'm sorry I have made you cry. But I hardly think it is my fault that you are so emotionally fragile that you cannot read something you do not like without wild emotional swings. Life must be very difficult for you. I bet people avoid you for fear you will suddenly yell at them for glue sniffing then burst into hysterical tears before threatening to kill yourself because "nobody loves you." You have my sympathies.

I bet the Foxnews guy who came out for Kerry was just engaging in another Foxnews lie. He just did that so that Foxnews can pretend that they arent an arm of the GOP but I dont buy it

I am sorry you are crying now too. I really think you all should have a nice "group hug" and reaffirm your faith in life. Then you would be able to better deal with the pain you feel from being bullied all day. Again sympathies.
