In late trading, Sinclair shares were off another 5 percent Tuesday, dropping 34 cents to $6.15 a share on the NASDAQ market. Sinclair stock dropped about 8 percent on Monday, and is down from a high of more than $15 a share in January.

"Given the stock's already poor performance, it would seem that any bad news would risk reducing investor interest and, thus, risk a lower stock price," Hevesi's letter reads.

Media Matters said it may seek a court order prohibiting the airing of the documentary if an answer to its request for equal time for opponents is not received by the close of business on Tuesday.

Wow, the shareholders really don't like his "documentary".

I'm going to buy when it hits $4.

Once this election thing is over everyone will forget about this shit and it'll go back to the levels it was at before this Kerry thing came out.

No problem :) See, some good can come from scummy, overinflated attack ads presented as news.
