I seriously dislike the religious nutcases that believe everyone should live by the following rule:
Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself;
My neighbours are a little into SM and i certainly refuse to be loved by them as they love themselves. I think they should stick to the 'turn the other cheek' part of the bible.

Um its the reverse of what you said. Love them as you love yourself. Not love your neighbor as your neightbor loves themselves.
You should definately rethink your idea.

You're taking that way too literally.
They mean have brotherly love, and they're not nutcases - in fact, most people I know who live by that rule are quite nice.
It's the uber-right-wing fundies we have to worry about.
