It really does sound like this guy had nothing to gain by coming forward.

Thoughts?

I really think the current situation speaks for itself, and it's disgusting. And yet, there will be a huge amount of people standing up for Sinclair because they're on the Right side. Just look at Fox News.

Why is American politics so controversial?

Is ANY of the U.S. media not politically biased?

Why are there only two parties with a credible chance of winning?

Wouldn't you all be better off an anarchistic "system" where everyone just DID what they thought right?

Why is the rest of the world supposed to care?

ARGH!!!

Well, the rest of the world is not supposed to care, but it's hard not to with the constant threat of our foot up everyones ass......

I don't like it anymore than you do. We'll try to change things a little in a few weeks...

Yeah, most of it, as a matter of fact. The media plays what sells, simple as that. Now, you throw the right-wing pundits into the mix, and everything becomes a giant leftist conspiracy. Fox news is the only acceptable news source to them, because everything else upsets them. Their callers frequently say as much - if watching a certain news channel's program bothers them, it must have a liberal bias. Of course, no credible study has ever shown such a bias, save for the one which reports that, as a whole, Fox News viewers are more misinformed on the issues than non-Fox viewers, but that doesn't play into the entertainment the pundits try to peddle as political reality.
