Okay...so I live in Arkansas...

Typical semi-urban life in Arkansas would seem to be really rural to some big city people. Anyway...here's the uber-pwnage part of the story. Yesterday, my dad and I were trying to use his wimpy tractor to pull down a tree. The tree was dead and we could pull it pretty good, but we couldn't get it down. My neighbor...who actually owns a lot of land and actually can be classified as a farmer, gets on his huge John Deer, chains up the tree, and takes off up the dirt access road between our two yards. Man, John Deer own wimpy little tractors. Speaking of John Deer, my dad has met that guy...pretty neat...

When I was younger and dumber (and keeping in mind I was a suburban kid) I was tasked with taking out something and was given a jackhammer to do it. It was taking too long and I had a '77 Chevy Malibu Classic with a big ol' V8, so I thought-"Hell, I'll just yank this bastard out." But I didn't have a chain or a rope or anything, so I used the extension chord for the jackhammer. Which snapped, naturally. We told the rental company that I accidently jackhammered the chord. I don't think they bought it (I mean, would you?) but they let it slide anyway.

So that's why I don't do physical labor for a living. Sometimes it's not finding where you're smart, but avoiding where you're a complete idiot...
