in some countries there are plebiscites on every issue who need decision.
in other countries the goverment reach a decisions only by herself.
and there are one more type: the countries who their goverment make decision by herself, but ask the people for help in hard or important decisions.
so,what type do you prefer?
I'm against plebiscite, because if you start to do them you will have to do them all the time and harm the minorities that had less power on the plebiscite. and this is wasting of money because the goverment is their for do it herself.
