But you forget, to people like this Iraqi's are subhuman, so it doesnt matter anyway! One American life is of incalculable worth, but hundreds or thousands of dead Iraqi's is nothing. (Unless of course Saddam killed them- in which case it's evidence)

The problem, of course, being that, even if you accept the specious premise that all Iraqi prisoners deserve such treatment, it still is a violation of the Geneva Conventions, as well as a detriment to the "winning of hearts and minds" that will be necessary to building a free Iraq.

Its true, the two inherent wrongs of disregard for human rights (provided they are foreigners) and social conservatism combine to make a right-winger. My, you are smart J0eg0d, thankyou for helping me see that.
