Are there any other online RPGs like nation states? That is, not like political but just... HTML text roleplaying... Similar to this...?

I used to play Utopia. Its basically a team game, but the teamplayers are random. You play in some 'magician', warhammer/d&d like world where you war with other teams. Its a competitive game, in which politics are involved every now and then. Its also great to meet and collaborate people all over the world. Unfortunately, the game also costs quite some time.
