Um..as a Star Wars nerd myself, I gotta tell ya that most of the answers you have are taken from the EU..(Expanded Universe)
According to George Lucas:
His real name IS Boba Fett.
He was never a policeman, always a bounty hunter.
His home Planet was Kamino.
and his armour was probably his father's. (Where Jango Fett got it from, we'll never know, but presumably, the Kaminoans.)
The braids on his shoulder ARE wookie pelts, though.

Read what is at the very top of the quiz. You know, the part where I say to disregard everything in Episode II: Attack of the Clones because I am using info from the novels.

Because Fett is SOOOOOO much more awesome according to the books
