what is this i hear about a bulge under the presidents jacket and karl rove?

Simply put, there are pictures from the first debate that look as if there's a square bulge in the center of Bush's back under his suit coat. Many have speculated--and it's only speculation--that it was a receiver of some sort, linked to an earpiece that Bush would have been wearing and that someone was feeding him answers during the debate.

No, I think Bush bungled that first debate all on his own.

i saw this clip reel on cnn that had bush *umm*and *errr* ing looped back to back from the first debate. It was very funny... very biased, but very funny

Simple; Bush had a receiver under his jacket that was feeding him lines given to him by someone else.
The reason it was so large is because the lines were received from Emperor Aaltron of the Vorlon Empire.
The reason he didn't do so well is because clever though the lines were, Aaltron forgot that Bush doesn't know any Vorlon.
