Interesting things in OTHER people's signatures
While browsing these, and other, forums you have undoubtedly seen dozens of hilarious or deep signatures stapled to the end of peoples posts. Pearls of wisdom can often be found at the tail end of a statement. Well, it's time to put those pearls up front.
Here you should post interesting stuff that you've read in other peoples signatures. Whether it is funny or emotionally moving or mentally insightful, if it's good post it here.

First they came for the Jews
But I did not speak out
Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for the Communists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Catholics
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Catholic.
Then they came for me
And there was no one left to speak out for me.

Too long-winded, that one, for a sig. Unless a really small font was used.
My IRC quit message is "May your dreams remain untroubled by windows opened on your soul." And it's original too. : )

I've always liked Foxx's signature (A STEP FROM INSANITY), and there are other signatures I just can't think of at the moment that I like.

And one of Commie Miss's old ones:
I don't need summer patriots to defend me, I have ICBMs to defend me.
And Layarteb's:
Smile, AMMRAAMS love you!

Someone, I don't know who, has the complete version of this quote on their signature:
A foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of little minds, adored by little statesmen and philosophers and divines.
Emerson
I think that's pretty cool.
I was thinking of adding a quote from Once Upon a Time in the West, "How can you trust a man who wears a suspenders and a belt. He can't trust his own pants." -Frank
But I don't think I will.

These are pretty cool, too:
"Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." -- Martin Luther King Jr
"Excuse me. Would you like to try my smoked meat log?" --Brian, The Family Guy
"By this point, a vote for Bush is a character flaw." --Janeane Garofalo
Added on, the tag line from the poster's blog-"We don't have to suck as a nation. It's not required or anything" (I may have screwed that up a little)
