:headbang: Hey there this is the ruler of the Zybach Empire, and i have been aproched by all sorts of fool...I mean people who want me to join their alliances, but they have nothing that I want to be part of. So how do i start a region and get nations to follow my call to arms :mp5: :sniper:

Click on a link to any region. Then click on "Move to a new region." Then click on "Create a new region." :)
