Arnold Swarzenegger
Think it'll be legal for him to run by then? That'd be interesting.
Schwarzenegger/Kissenger (if he's alive)? An all-foreigner ticket? That'd be a feat!

Kerry/Edwards will be cake-walking to re-election in 2008.
I'm offended (no I'm not) that you would put McCain with a Bush.
McCain is above all that, and should never be put in the same category as a conservative Republican.

Thank you for someone finally pointing out that this poll ASSUMES that Kerry and Edwards are going to lose this election. :gundge: :gundge: :gundge:
But out of the choices given, Hillary/Obama would be cool.

I think Hilary would try and run, that is if Kerry isn't elected and doesn't decide to run again, since it's perfectly fine for him to opt for a second term.

I think that President Bush is going to win a second term.
I also believe that Hilary Clinton would be a likely democratic nominee in 2008. I don´t know who would run aside her though. I´ve to admit that I don´t know Obama. Well I´m not American, so why should I know all politicans over there.
It would be interesting to know who would run on the Republican side though. I would like to see Colin Powell. Though I think that is unrealistic. I don´t believe that the Republicans would nominate John McCain. Though I think he would be a good candidate.
Jeb Bush seems to be the "natural" sucessor.

okay, there's the British thing, and right freakin now. President Bush is pushing very strongly for a Christian agenda, which completely violates that whole separation of church and state clause.
I say we get somebody with a good public record (available to the public) like Rudy Guiliani. He's a guy who did great things for New York and everybody in the nation can stand behind him, regardless of political party.
cheney should be president...

That's news? ;)
I'm stickin with Jeb in '08. That is, unless Cheney is replaced as VP between now and then, in which case the VP replacement would most likely run. That would count Jeb out, since it just plain wouldn't look good for any president to appoint his brother to VP.
I figure Kerry has the best shot to win this year, so I put him in 2008...though I don't get Gore. :p
How bout Kerry/Obama?
But I'd be fine with Hillary.
Not that I like her.
In fact I don't really like her.
But I know the conservatives HATE her.
And thus, I would like Hillary to be president. :D

I say Hillary and Obama, in that order, only because it would be a great boost for the Democratic Party to ties it's roots with two groups that, until now, haven't had much political power in Congress.
