Heh, the first thread I actually started....
Anyway, I was wondering what kinda sports the NSers around here plaay or like, or don't like.....To start it off, I for instance play Gaelic Football and have been in Middle-Weight Boxing for years. A sport I don't like, hockey, never liked that on to much....As Rodney Dangerfield once said: In the middle of a barfight, a hockey game broke out!
Anyway, what sports do you all like/dislike?

I like American football and just about nothing else.
My college team just smashed our biggest rivals yesterday, whoo hoo :D

I play (American) Football for my School, South Plantation High.
We are 3-1, and my position is Offensive Tackle (left).

My uncle in the states has slowly been getting me hooked on the American football.....I still don't what team I like yet....Hmmm

I work out at a moderate pace, I run some, I play tennis, ski, and took up karate (isshin-ryu) about a month ago.

Nebraska... oh dear... we won't talk about that. Heh. They got smashed by Texas Tech, and Tech's not even a good team.
I too prefer college football, it's more dynamic and the rules are better. If you mean your uncle's getting you hooked on college foobtall, root for Oklahoma, 'cause we rock ;)

Like? Football (American) and Hockey. Hockey is more fun to watch, but I've never played it (having grown up in New Mexico, where it's not considered a real sport). I just kind of suck at football, and haven't played in some time. I don't really play any sports, just run and lift occasionally, although I've been really bad about not doing either lately.

Hey hey hey, we've got ourselves a professional hockey team now, the Scorpions (http://www.scorpionshockey.com/). I hear they suck but still, people go and see them and everything. It's a real sport!

Er, NFL, though I did hear that college football is better, something about how they play harder and all since they're trying to get into the NFL...
