Well, if that's the rule, I think they'll have a rather hard time guessing. ;)
Well, if you know where it's from then you absolutely Know who said it.
I'm asking those who think they might know it.
It's like giving a quote from George Washington or Abraham Lincoln, a history major or long time fan of the two will easily know it is them but an everyday person might think they said it but not be very sure
