Well, I'm not suprised that politics are leading. I mean, this is Nationstates, isn't it? Isn't the entire reason people joined is to participate in a political simulation?

I dunno, some people may feel that the entire point of government is to make people behave in a moral way and base their idea of morality on religion

Yes, but to get people to behave with morality, you need government. It's like the chicken and the egg, but less delicious.

Religion.

I mean, politics is temporary. Christianity is for eternity.

Also, another point on religion/politics. Why do people always say that socialism isn't Christian? It's like you have to be a capitalist to be a Christian. Why is that?

Cos theyre muppets. Jesus said it's easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to get into heaven. He also tells that story of the rich guy who wants to retire early but God smites has ass cos he sucks.

I chose politics becuase nothing affects our lives more than that. It rules the world, contrary to what religios types may think (and don't think i don't see your point of view. I was raised Catholic, went to Catholic school for nine years, and my entire family is religious).
