Who do you think will win the nobel prize this year for literature?
How about the peace prize?

I say Kurt Vonnegut for writer (but I always say that because I love him)

And... for peace... hmm... hasnt been a very peaceful year, anywhere.

The peace prize will probably go to the new President of Afghanistan

Both Literature and the Peace prize shall go to Max Barry, for his novel Jen Gov, and its inspirational web-site, Nation States, which has drawn war-ing people from around the world to one place, where :

They bicker with each other all day and all night and can do no evil in the real world ...

:D

How about Bush? He already said he wanted to be a peace president.

Heh! I think that one of the best things we can learn from NationStates is that governmental decisions have real-world consequeces which are not always what we expected. Granted, a lot ( maybe even most ) of the "issues" are kind of hokey, but the lesson is the same: think long and hard about what you decide or you will probably regret it.

No, no, no! The Nobel Peace and Literature Prizes are clearly deserved by the great Iraqi poet/gardener, Saddam Hussein!

STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Austrian writer Elfriede Jelinek, a reclusive author whose feminism, leftist politics and pacifism are common themes in her works, won the Nobel Prize in literature Thursday for what the Swedish Academy called her "musical flow of voices and counter-voices in novels and plays."
