The Government of Pikistan is based upon the principles of a Limited Monarchy, where Parliament (House of Commons) holds significant power (and thus the people), the courts can veto laws that are unconstitutional, and the reigning monarch acts much like a cheif executive, except with many checks on his/her powers to prevent corruption.
It's modeled after Great Britain, except here the monarch actually has a job and just dosen't stand on a balcony, wave to the people, and eat caviar.
Why a monarch instead of a president/PM? Becasue this is Nationstates, and I can't be voted out of office, so I decided to make it fit.
Overall, my nation has great political freedoms, some civil rights, and a recovering economy (I really must cut that 89% income tax).
