You can only register for a free account between 10am-2pm and 10pm-2am mst. What kind of stupid rule is that? The first little time window, I am in school, and the second one is kind of late. Argh! Is there any way out of this? Or am I just stuck waiting until the weekend?

That's....extremely weird. Only reason I can think of is to save their servers hassle, but even that doesn't make much sense...

I wouldn't mind so much if they hadn't picked such screwy hours for registration.

Those aren't really screwy hours for me, though. Depends on your timezone and living habits, I guess.

They are weird hours. And I live in the central U.S. time zone.

Give someone you trust your information and let them sign up for you. Then, just to be safe, change your information as soon as you get the chance. :)

no problem getting an account
I guess it's so they can better manage the expansion of their userbase.

It is a stupid gimmick to make people pay to sign up.
They try to make it inanely inconvenient deliberately so people despair and pay them for a subscription.

That had crossed my mind, but I wasn't about to fall for that.

I didn't have a problem signing up. But then, I haven't been asleep before 10 p.m. in a long time, so it was just a matter of remembering to register at the right time.

The problem with the time where I live is that from 10 am- 2pm mst I am at school, and from 10 pm-2 am mst I am usually in bed (when it turns 10 pm mst it is 11 pm central time).
