Why would Donny Rumsfeld say he hasn't seen any hard evidence linking Saddam and OBL just a day before the VP debate? As you know, Cheney has always said Saddam had links with OBL and that he provided harbour for al-Qaeda.
WTF? Was this the best time to come clean?

Thanks Nebby. These moves are hard for me to understand sometimes cos we don't have two party system here. So you are basically saying this isn't brilliant strategy, but powellesque show of some shread of conciousness? :D

He can't clean something he doesn't have. IMO it's an attempt to gain votes by showing how "honest" the terrorist regime is. He should be flogged in public.
