I see the sticky prohibiting new "ask a" threads has vanished from the top of the general forum...does this mean it's OK to start new ones now?

Well... Myrth and Unfree People said it was okay as long as they weren't just spam. (however they define it)
But Tactical Grace came in a closed a bunch of the new ones yesterday.
So right now it may be at your own risk.
