Working Out and Physical Fitness

At university, I work out at the gym quite often, and I've lost quite a lot of weight (down from 95kg to 85kg in about 4 weeks). Now I'm at a stable 75kg.

They have access to the 20m shuttle run test, and I've reached level 8, 4. Repeated training on the treadmill has allowed me to run for 30 minutes at 8.0km per hour.

Staying fit has helped me work better at my subjects as well, as long as I don't overdo it.

I just got back from my first run in about 3 weeks due to a knee injury. Its 1:30am here. Slept wayyyy too late and was too charged up to go to bed. knee felt great though, but my fitness is shot.

My best on the beep test is 12,2 a year ago, but I haven't done it since then. I'm 95kg and according to the BMI 'overweight'

I like stayin in shape - right now I can go +/- 30 minutes on a treadmill at like 6.5-7 mph. My last mile time was 6:46, unfortunately 3 seconds slower than my personal record of 6:43.

I also take karate and play tennis, and I'm looking into some field event for winter track this yr.

Also, this summer I cycled an average of like 26 miles daily (the highest mileage one day being 43 miles) through Quebec.
