Complete isolation - Anarchy, in any sense, is only attainable if you're on your own. If you try to start an autonomous anarchy collective, then gradually, people will try to take charge as a "head", re-establishing government.

dictionary.com definition:

Anarchy-

1. Absence of any form of political authority.
2. Political disorder and confusion.
3. Absence of any cohesive principle, such as a common standard or purpose.

The first one sounds like a safe bet to avoid the wrath of any anarchists in the class and anyone who thinks anarchists are psychos.

That's an empirical claim, and an easily testable one at that.

1. People have started anarchist collectives.
2. Many of them exist indefinitely without anyone "taking charge" in such a way as to alter the anarchist constitution of the collective.

Kleptonis is correct in that definition #1 is the historically and technically correct/popularly and colloquially not. Technically and historically, definition #2 would refer to nihilists, which could be subdivided into "psychos", who would see disorder and confusion as a desirable end in and of itself and those who advocate nihilistic overthrow of all institutions of society as a means to an end.

Anarchy is simply the absence of coersive authority, really. That's all you need to say.
