I don't care for baseball, the only sport I follow even a little is american football. I know it has a lot of opponents on this forum, but really it's the only interesting and worthwhile sport.

Nah, I don't like the Patriots. The Broncos are my team, although I pay less attention to pro-football than I did before coming to college. I've only caught one Broncos game this season...

no consideration for rugby then, like american football but ppl who play rugby are generally harder because they dont have to be padded up to the eyeballs

so i walked away with concusion from playing rugby today, but hey, im a firm believer in the old adage "if rugby was any easier theyd call it football" (either soccer or american still applies), unfortunately soccer makes me feel like going on a :mp5: spree

The Yankees are very like Manchester United. They are the team that everyone else loves to hate. So ill go with the yankees, because all the fnas will be alienated by other fans and nobody likes them which sounds completely irrational as to why i just choose them.

Yankees support terrorism. They deliberatley made their stadium with many seats in a crowded area so as to maximize traffic and traffic jams, to maximize oil comsumption, to maximize purchasing from mid-eastern terror states, to support terrorism.

Unless you've got a hybrid, then you're only supporting terrorism when you go uphill.

I understand how you say that Americans don't like football becuase we aren't good at it, but don't generalize! I'm American and I love football (though it is called soccer here). In the U.S. I like the Cicago Fire, and in the Premier League and Champions League it's Arsenal all the way for me. I'm straying from the thread, but one last thing. We arent that bad at it. In the July FIFA rankings we were 7th!

Now, the Cubs are my favorite team in MLB, and what a sad time this is for the North Side... I picked the Red Sox in the poll becuase I'll still do anything to stick it to Stienbrenner.

Point is moot. The Curse of the Bambino will rear its ugly head, although it pains me to see the Yankees win again. Hopefully the Braves will pull their collective head out of their collective arse.
