If the USAF shot down one of your countries satallites?

So, the USAF is saying it plans to have anti-sats ready in 5 years, and according to the Hauge convention, it is legal to hit any satalite that carries a communication from your enemy. Would you feel that your country should declare war is one of it's satalites is shot down?

That seems a bit of an overreaction. Maybe reparations and repayment, but declaring war on another country because a piece of hardware was destroyed seems very wasteful.

You could always blame the destruction on some sort of space thingie, like a meteor, or some space debris.
