Cubs Choke!!!!
Houston's magic number is now 1 (at least against the Cubs it is, but it is still 2 against the Giants).
I'm so overjoyed that the flubs will miss out on post season again. It seems that Scrammy Cork Sosa had a few too many SOs at key moments.
It is too funny that the Cubs build up their hopes and say "We're going to the World Series" only to choked when it really counts.
I will make sure to go to the Billy Goat Tavern on Wacker Dr. this week to pay homage to the billy goat curse and it's success at screwing the Flubs.
Go Sox, 2005's our year. (We would be in post season is we weren't without #3 and #4 batters in the line-up, Frank Thomas and Magglio Ordonez for +50% of the year.)

I woudln't hold your breath. Usually, teams with the best record struggle the most in the playoffs like Atlanta losing in the 1st round to the *hushes* Cubs. I personally think Boston will win the AL and Atlanta the NL. The curse, though, will remain as the Braves will beat the Soxs for the World Series.

I went to the Billy Goat Tavern on Grand Avenue near Wacker Drive in Chicago to pay homage to Billygoat Sianis and his cursing of the Cubs. I made sure I was wearing my Freddy Garcia home jersey with a Sox hat and a Sammy Sosa Cork T-shirt under the jersey when I ordered my Cheezeborger, chips, and a pepsi.
It was worth the damn traffic on the Dan Ryan to get there.

Ah yes, the beloved cubbies. Another classic choke job. And I know what I'm talking about!!!! People love to harass me about my Red Sox, but at least we "choke" against the Yankees, traditionally baseball's best team. The Cubs lose to the Mets and Reds. I rest my case.

UHHH! Cardinals did NOT win the World Series Last year so they are not world Champs. In the past yes, but not last year. Don't forget, it was the Florida Marlins that won last year over the yankees 4 games to 2.

I hold nothing against the Carmines as I hate the Yankees. Shell ELo for us in the ALCS. (well beat the Angels first while the Yankees trash the ****ing Twinkies.)
