....I would vote for Bush, simply because he is not Kerry. I would probably consider the Democratic side of the election if Kerry wasn't the one running against Bush. They could have picked any Democrat (except maybe Howard Dean) to run against Bush, and I would have been okay with them. But Kerry, ugh, why did it have to be him?
nice to hear that personal feelings against specific candidates overcome the actual issues for voters (or future voters) on both sides of the political spectrum.

Howard Dean would probably be better. Then there'd be some actual contrast between the candidates.

:rolleyes: I just don't think, after listening to Kerry a lot on the news, that he would make a very good president. In my opinion, Bush was just in office at the wrong time. If he had been president and 9/11 and the war in Iraq had never happened then he probably wouldn't be so widely hated. Problem is, I'm not really a fan of Republicans or Democrats, I would consider myself Independent, so I never really connect with either side that well.
