He's a genius. He turned Walt Disney Corp. around by buying ABC, Mirimax, and making Disney a tangible brand, complete with a line of toys and clothes. And that alliance with Pixar was the best thing that happened to their bottom line, even if it did eventually end. However, like all CEOs, he runs outta ideas. He needs to step down as soon as his contract is up, but should leave with an extremely generous golden parachute (or is it called golden handshake?).
