"Without question, we need to disarm Saddam Hussein. He is a brutal, murderous dictator, leading an oppressive regime ... He presents a particularly grievous threat because he is so consistently prone to miscalculation ... And now he is miscalculating America's response to his continued deceit and his consistent grasp for weapons of mass destruction ... So the threat of Saddam Hussein with weapons of mass destruction is real" - Sen. John F. Kerry (D, MA), Jan. 23. 2003

Yeah....he says a lot of things then disagrees with himself. maybe he should debate himself. How anyone can be so forcefully for one thing, then so forcefully against it is beyond me. He always seems to have forgotten what his previous stance was.

 Typical sheep... he was and is for the war, just not how it's handled. With Bush it was my way or the highway in the UN. He screwed us over in letting us have a large multinational force in Iraq. Now we're fitting the bill and Bush is playing kiss-ass with these other countries to get them to help us in Iraq.

Oh my god! You mean Kerry actually thought Saddam was a bastard all along? No, wait, he's been consistent on that. Okay, you mean that Kerry said one thing, and then when he found out that the evidence was doctored, incomplete, spun, spindled and mutilated, he changed his mind. Burn him at the stake!

He should be more like Bush, who doesn't change his mind, even when the evidence shows he was conclusively wrong.

(Oh, and Bush does change his mind...a lot. He just lies and says he hasn't)

We are not interested in Nation Building. Iraq Has WMD and is a threat to the US. We're going into Iraq because Saddam might pursue weapons related programs. We went into Iraq to free a people from a brutal dictator. We can't win the war on terror. We're winning the war on terror.
