Are you refering to the non-logical approach to the debate?
I declare that an abortion decision should be placed into the judgement of the courts. Wait. Not because I would want to allow some old fart to make the decision for you, but because it would mean having the allowance of a Guardian Ad Litem for the one person involved that cannot speak for themselves.
There debate that one.
