1) Bush cannot create allies.
2) We can't act without allies.
3) Elect me and we can get allies.
4) We can then act if you elect me.
What "acting" is Kerry talking about..?
What prevents us from acting without allies..?
How would Kerry "get allies"..?

Oh, Kerry's got nothing substantive to say. Ol' Longface's main deal is that he's not George Bush. That doesn't make for much of a campaign slogan, does it?
"Vote for me, and I promise to not be George Bush. Indeed, I'll sit around in the White House not being George Bush."
Nope. Gotta have something better than that.

Presumably, the "action" of which Kerry speaks is the gradual withdrawal of our troops from Iraq in favor of an international contingent.
Right... As if anyone out there is interested in cleaning up the mess that we've made of things. It's a nice little fantasy, though.
Look, any improvement of international support would be a good thing, and no one wants to work with Bush. Maybe Kerry can get more cooperation, and I see a maybe as being much better than a definite no.
Send Bush packing in 2004. Se Bush in rehab in 2005

Why do we care if no one wants to work with Bush..?
I still haven't seen any good answers to the other questions.
My hope is that Kerry keeps riding the "anyone but Bush" theme (which you and your kind have internalized nicely).
It will create such a "Why the fnook would I give the keys to this wannabe do-nothing?" backlash in the majority that the Kerry campaign would wither in it's own pomposity.
The mono-mind of the left is amazing in it's (adolescent) fixations.
