In case you missed his speech, I will write it out:
"Good ev'nin America. America has witnessed a tragedy in the past few months that is monumental when compared even to 9/11 or Pearl Harbour. The Great Emp... Empire of Nature has engaged in a series of attacks upon the United States. We now have indisputable proof that Nature has weapons of mass destruction, specifically the Soviet-built Hurricane-class Bomb. They have utilized three on our southern coast, and more may be constructed. There is even a possibility that they may hit Texas, and, as I have said before, Don't mess with Texas.
Because of this, Congress, and Myself, have declared war on Nature. Because this war will be widespread, and cover many fronts, we are enforcing a draft on all able-bodied persons, aged 16 to 42. Also, we have enacted a bill that will pay industries $1000 for every cubic meter of pollutants they release into the atmosphere.
In this time of dire need, I believe we should all give a long prayer, in hopes that our military can overcome the evil that is nature.
