Looks like a Kings-of-chaos style browser-based numberthon. I think I'll give it a miss. I only play nationstates to RP in II, and bicker with people in General.

I believe that posting these kind of links to such games where you benefit from those you refer is generally frowned upon by the mods, but I could be wrong.

True, recruiting people does give you extra points, but not much at all.
The main thing is to recruit people to play the game and then try to get them to join my guild (or Alliance) and make it stronger.
