I just noticed that you can challenge someone to a game on here if you click on their username next to their post.
I think this would be a awesome and fun way to challenge someone to a duel if they insult you during a debate or something.

Click on someone's name, you'll get a drop down box, one option says "Challege [name] in the Arcarde", go do that if you want (I have no idea what it is) but stop spamming up General.

You can't challenge someone to a duel on a forum. It's just not right. You must do it properly with a glove. A gauntlet if you want to finish the duel before it starts. A great offhand weapon for fencing is a lobster. Great to watch anyway. Not sure if I'd want to try it.
