Have you passed your judgement on him already? I'm giving Scott the benefit of a doubt, but things don't exactly look bright for him.

He is a guilty bastard.

His responce was just not right. A cop buddy said in the cases of murder and or abduction, the usual responses to notification are:

* Anger
* Weeping
* Disbelief
* Revenge seeker

Varations of the above. This guy was just too cool for someone who just lost a wife and unborn child.

The bit in San Diego near the Mexican boarder does not make me think he is innocent.

I kind of think he will get off as the prosecution seems to be rather retarded.

It may be a flaw in his personality. Do some people not show odd reactions to events? Although I'm not happy about this, I wasn't exactly grief-stricken when I got news that my grandfather died. It's not that he's evil, he just probably has some personality thing.

Opinions are just that....opinions. There have been numerous people who have been found guilty by jurys and the person was later exonerated. Which is one of the reasons that I strongly oppose the death penalty.

I, for one, am tired of hearing the media coverage of it. Personally I think said institution has already painted him guilty, which though I think he is, is not very fair. The media really shouldn't decide the case.

Although I lean towards thinking he is guilty, I think he should be acquitted. There is too much reasonable doubt. Everybody reacts to things differently, so I don't really think that should be a factor in this or any case.

I disagree with it being a factor, it should be a factor just not a decisive one. The thing is that while there are expected reactions and a lack of them is worthy of investigation, they are not the totality of reactions innocent people might express, merely a subset containing the most common ones.

I hate these cases, the ones that turn into media frenzies. I've tried not to follow this sad excuse for news, but at the lunch table someone inevitably brings it up. Apparently the wife expelled the baby after death? Scandalous :rolleyes:.

I do not know if he is guilty or innocent. None of us do.

he did'nt need to lie to that whore amber, she wouldve gave it to him any way. its obvious there just was not evidence, they found him guilty because their emotions took over,..............................i slept with a guy who told me his wife died only to find out she was alive. he is sick, but not necessarily a killer. :mp5:
