Does Anyone Know A Gun Pic Design Site?

Someone in International Incidents was selling this funny-looking AK sort-of gun, but it was a bullpup, with an SA80 sight thing on top. I know for a fact there is no real gun like this, and I also know that there is at least one website with a program for designing your own guns by chucking together parts from loads of guns. Does anyone know the address for one of these sites? If so, please, please, please post it here.

Its known as the Ukrainian Vepr AR. Basically an AK-74 converted to bullpup that has a nice SA80 like scope on it.
